Most clients walk into my Bay City studio nervous. That is completely normal. My job is to help you settle in, guide you through every pose, and create images that feel like you, not some overly edited version of you that looks like she has never had a pore, stretch mark, or life experience.
At Arielle Roth Boudoir, I photograph real bodies with intention, care, and a whole lot of direction. Every image is hand-edited individually with the goal of enhancing the photo, not changing you into a different person.

When you book with me, you are not expected to know how to pose, what angles work best, what to do with your hands, or how to magically feel comfortable in front of a camera. That is my job. I guide you through every pose, adjust the tiny details, use lighting intentionally, and create images that flatter you without turning you into someone else.
Every final image is individually hand-edited by me. Not batch-filtered. Not run through a preset and call it good. I edit with intention, enhancing the image while keeping you looking like you.
Your session also includes time in my private Downtown Bay City studio, professional hair and makeup done at my studio, access to my size-inclusive client closet, and an experience built around your comfort from the minute you walk in.
Boudoir is a specialty. It requires skill, patience, consent, trust, posing knowledge, editing experience, and the ability to make someone feel safe while being photographed in a vulnerable way.

Guided posing
No modeling experience needed. I’ll demonstrate poses, adjust the tiny details, and guide you through everything from your facial expression to your fingertips.

My Downtown Bay City boudoir studio is private, comfortable, and designed to help you feel safe while doing something that might feel a little outside your comfort zone.
Most clients show up nervous. Then they settle in. Then they start having fun. The confidence part usually shows up somewhere along the way.
Nope. That is my job, not yours.
Most clients walk into my studio saying some version of, “I have no idea what I’m doing.” Which is good, because you are not supposed to.
I guide you through every pose from head to toe. I’ll show you what to do, adjust your angles, tell you where to look, fix your hands, move your hair, and help with all the tiny details that make a huge difference in photos.
You do not need modeling experience. You do not need to practice in the mirror. You do not need to know your angles.
Your job is to show up, breathe, and trust the process. I’ll handle the posing.
Whatever makes you feel comfortable, curious, bold, soft, spicy, romantic, dramatic, or like you want to try something new.

When included, hair and makeup happen before your session and give you time to settle into the studio, relax, and ease into the experience. The goal is not to make you look like a completely different person. It is to help you feel prepared and camera-ready in a way that still feels like you.
Whether you prefer soft and natural or something more bold, the look is customized around your style and comfort level.
And if you choose a package without hair and makeup, you will still be guided, posed, supported, and photographed with the same level of care.
Yes. Every final image you choose is individually edited by hand.
My editing style is polished but still real. I’ll clean up temporary things like blemishes, adjust lighting and color, smooth where needed, and refine the image without editing you into a completely different person.
I do not believe boudoir photos need to erase every sign that you have lived a life. Stretch marks, texture, curves, lines, softness, scars, and all the little human things are not automatically problems to fix.
The goal is enhancement, not replacement.
Your final images should feel like the best photographed version of you, not some stranger who vaguely borrowed your face.
Booking your boudoir session is simple.
Head to my booking page, choose the date that works best for you, and fill out the booking form. I schedule one boudoir session per day, Thursday through Saturday, with a 9 AM start time.
Sessions are available on a rolling 12-month basis, so you can book ahead for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, Valentine’s Day, personal milestones, or simply because you finally decided you’re doing the damn thing.
To reserve your spot, you’ll choose your package and payment option. After that, I’ll send your invoice and contract within 48 hours.
Once you are officially booked, you’ll receive everything you need to prepare, including your prep guide and access to your private client portal.
