Madison and Neil’s wedding at Bayne’s Apple Valley in Freeland, Michigan was one of those days that felt like home. Cozy, joyful, and full of unfiltered laughter; the kind that comes from deep love and being surrounded by your people. From cider toasts and teary-eyed moments to the kind of dance moves that leave your cheeks sore from smiling, their wedding was pure heart.

Madison and Neil are the kind of couple who lead with heart. And their wedding day at Bayne’s Apple Valley? It reflected everything about them; sweet, grounded, playful, and full of people who absolutely adore them.

From the moment I arrived, the energy was buzzing in the best way. Madison got ready and dressed into her gown from The Brides Project, which not only looked stunning with its beaded bodice and flowing layers, but also supports a cause near and dear: fighting cancer through donated bridalwear. That dress had presence, and she wore it with grace, joy, and a touch of sass (wait until you see her dancing with her girls).

The bridesmaids wore soft pastel dresses from Azazie, and Neil and his crew rocked classic suits from Men’s Wearhouse — timeless, clean, and totally them.

Bayne’s Apple Valley is such a hidden gem of a venue. The warm wood, cider house vibes, and laid-back feel made the whole day feel effortless and inviting. The couple’s signature drinks? Cider, of course.

Their ceremony was intimate and heartfelt, but it was the reception that brought out all the big feels. From surprise laughter and quiet hugs to the packed dance floor where kids, grandparents, and everyone in between let loose, this was the kind of night you don’t forget.

And oh my god, the desserts. Pâtisserie Saginaw showed up and showed out. We’re talking elegant pastries and sweets that didn’t just look beautiful, they disappeared fast. Worth every bite.

Starting in 2026, I’m making a few changes that will make your whole boudoir experience smoother, easier, and honestly…way more fun.

First, pricing goes up on January 1. If you already know you want to get in front of my camera, this is your heads up to grab your date now and lock in the current pricing before it changes. No surprises later.

Sessions are also shifting to a single start time. Every boudoir shoot will begin at 9 AM on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. It gives you the best light, the best flow, and keeps your glam looking fresh.

And reveals are getting a glow-up. Instead of coming back on another day, you’ll head out for lunch or wander downtown for about an hour after your session, then swing back to the studio for your same-day reveal. We will go through your images together with light editing, no retouching, and pick your final favorites while the energy is still high.
