Putting feelers out before I get too deep into possibly planning. I am thinking about doing a women’s only wellness retreat weekend (maybe this fall...will use this post to gauge interest and / or next summer). Right now I am considering Hocking Hills. There would be 8 spots available and attendees would come in on Thursday evening and we would all head out Monday Morning. The weekend would include guided meditations, some energy work, possibly reiki depending on where I’m at in my certification process, some self-love activities, and a group hike. Along with that everyone would get one indoor boudoir mini session and one outdoor boudoir mini session.

The cost per person would likely be somewhere between $2,000 and $2,500 which would cover the airbnb stay, all of your food, and all of the activities. A deposit would be required and then the remainder would be split into installments or a 50/50 structure, still undecided on that.

But before I get too heavy into planning things out, trying to see if it’s something that there is interest in and that people would actually book not just say they’re interested in because there would be a large cost associated for me.

A year ago I was in a relationship with a lot of big words and very little action behind them.
Where I was expected to be there for that person, to be available, without being able to expect or receive the same from them.
That I spent many nights crying myself to sleep while listening to that person be there for everyone else but not me.
That would eventually turn me into a reactive, mean person after feeling so incredibly alone and losing myself.
That taught me the very meaning of “hurt people, hurt people.”
That reversed years of healing and made me small again.

Today, I am slowly finding myself with no accountability, no explanation as to why, or true apology still. Slowly finding my light again, slowly feeling whole again.

Here’s your evening reminder that even if you think things won’t get better, they will. Everyday little by little, they will get better.

Thank you for allowing me the ability to create a safe space for you, and for helping you see yourself in whatever light you need to for whatever reason for you is.

I did recently post about image permissions, but it’s been a question a few times again lately. So, another reminder! Regular sessions do not require giving me permissions (model calls, yes. regular sessions, no).

When you book a full session with me you choose your final image rights given to me; all image rights, non-identifiable rights, or no rights at all.

Model calls when I do them are so heavily discounted because they are being done for myself and those women are choosing to give me permissions in exchange for a discounted rate. At all times, image privacy and comfort is my top priority. There is never an image of someone shared that has not given me permission to do so, and is not something that needs to be a concern when booking with me! 💕

- Session start times are moving to 9 AM and 10 AM moving forward unless you are already scheduled

- My $100 deposit payment plan does still exist, however, it is now structured where you can select the remaining balance to be split into 3, 5, or 7 equal payments (final payment still due 7 days prior to your session)

I’m used to taking photos of friends and family off my iPhone. Never am I comfortable to be the photographed. I can honestly the moment you meet with Arielle you just feel an instant bond. The energy of her just gives off a save feel. Once my nerves died down.. I was ready to say “let’s go girls” it put you in the mood. Bad bish energy was awoken from within. I had so much fun doing a shoot, the way to told me how and where to place my hands and how pose without looking stiff. The experience was 10/10 and already booked another shoot and I’m beyond excited. Get out of your comfort zone and have fun, and let Arielle have the opportunity to capture it.
